This Policy is prepared in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) issued by Royal Decree No. (M/19) dated 9/2/1443H, as amended, and its Implementing Regulations, under the supervision of the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

1. Personal Data We Collect

Account data: name, business email, phone, organization, role.
Billing data: subscription plan, invoices, VAT details. Card payments are processed by our licensed payment provider (Moyasar); we do not store full card numbers.
Project data you provide: site addresses and coordinates, uploaded documents such as utility bills and equipment datasheets (which may contain personal data you include).
Usage and technical data: log data, device/browser information, IP address, feature usage, and cookies necessary for the operation and security of the Service.

2. Purposes and Legal Bases

We process personal data to: (a) create and manage accounts and provide the Service (performance of contract); (b) process payments and comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations under Saudi law; (c) secure the platform, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain audit trails (legitimate/actual interest consistent with the PDPL); (d) provide support and service communications; (e) send marketing communications only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

3. AI-Assisted Features

Certain features use artificial intelligence to process content you submit (for example, extracting data from utility bills or datasheets, or answering questions about your projects). Identifiers such as account and meter numbers are masked before AI processing where feasible. AI outputs are drafts subject to your review; they are recorded in audit logs. We do not use your content to train third-party foundation models.

We share personal data only with service providers (processors) necessary to operate the Service, under contracts consistent with the PDPL, including: Microsoft Azure (cloud hosting), Moyasar (payment processing), Anthropic (AI processing), Cloudflare (network and DNS), and map/geocoding providers. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where required by Saudi law or competent authorities.

5. International Transfers

Some processors store or process data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where personal data is transferred outside the Kingdom, we do so in accordance with the PDPL and its Implementing Regulations on data transfers, applying appropriate safeguards and limiting transfers to what is necessary for the stated purposes.

6. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it, except where longer retention is required by Saudi law (for example, tax and commercial records). Project data is deleted or exported per the Terms upon account termination.

7. Your Rights

Under the PDPL you have rights to: be informed about processing; access your personal data; request a copy; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion where permitted; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights contact Subscriptions@fiversco.com. We respond within the timeframes required by the PDPL. You may also lodge complaints with the competent authority (SDAIA).

8. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, tenant isolation, secrets management, audit logging, and regular security reviews. No system is completely secure; we will notify affected users and the competent authority of personal data breaches as required by the PDPL.

9. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and security, and limited analytics cookies to improve the Service. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser or in-product settings.

10. Children

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children.

11. Changes to this Policy

We will post updates on this page and notify you of material changes through the Service or by email before they take effect.
